CURE Network is pleased to work with RAM (Remote Area Medical) to bring their resources and expertise to the Chicago area. RAM will supply a majority of the equipment for the program as well as a team of volunteers who will provide overall management of the mission.

Team of 12 ophthalmologist/volunteers led by Rama D. Jager, MD, MBA, FACS helped Remote Area Medical care for 1,000 patients. More than 100 patients with glaucoma and/or diabetic retinopathy identified and referred for follow-up with the help of CURE [Network].
